Check your spam/promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number or email address used for payment.
Where is my medal?
We ship medals within 7 business days of completing the challenge. Delivery takes 3-5 business days. If more than 14 days have passed, contact us.
How do I add a workout in the app?
Open the Racethon app, select your challenge and click "Add workout". You can manually enter distance or connect with Strava/Garmin.
I want a refund
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us at hello@racethon.com with your order number or email address.
How do I buy a challenge as a gift?
Purchase the challenge normally, then email us at hello@racethon.com with information about the recipient. We'll help prepare everything.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to hello@racethon.com with subject "Account deletion" and include the email address linked to your account. We'll process the request within 14 business days.
